January 2012 Product of the Month

For the new year Ancient Wisdom for The New You is happy to present Harmony as product of the month. This herbal blend has been in use in the Mediterranean for nearly 300 years and is used to bring the body into a state of balance and promote healthy kidney function. It has been one of my favorite products since the first time I used it because it makes me feel more energetic, yet very tranquil and focused, both mentally and physically. I also sleep way better when I take the Harmony herbal blend.

If you know anyone who is feeling a little bit "off" or is looking for something that will promote healthy kidney function, needs more energy, or just needs to feel better, have them check out this months Product of the Month at Amador County's Online Health Food Store. :) Happy New Year!

Product of the Month - June '11

Since this blog is about helping people improve their health I've decided to add something new to help with that. Each month I will be featuring a "Product of the Month" from Amador County's Online Health Food Store to spread the word about what's available at this online health food store that might help people improve their health.

Each month the featured "Product of the Month" will be listed on the left side of my blog page with a brief summary and a link that you can click on to read more about each product on Amador County's Online Health Food Store. (www.Andrew.AwarenessHealth.com)

This month (June '11) Ancient Wisdom for The New You is featuring a product called Daily Complete which is a liquid Multi-Vitamin that has 243 different nutrients in it. One of the reasons I'm so happy to feature this product (which is one of the products I used while training in China to keep my energy up) is that if you currently take vitamins, this product can replace over 200 different vitamins that you may be taking, which can help you save money and super simplify your dietary supplementation. Check it out if that sounds interesting to you. :)

Tai Chi Compass Wall Hanging

Traditionally cardinal directions are used to teach Tai Chi forms. It helps students understand which way to turn when moving from one movement to the next. Most forms start "facing south". Although, it is not important to face actual south, hanging this piece on a wall in your training area will help orient you. Always start your form facing this piece. If you step to the left, you have stepped East. If you then step forward, you have stepped South. If you turn right, you have turned toward the West. That is the footwork for the beginning of the Yang Style 103 Form. Using the cardinal directions makes instructions easier to follow, which makes this piece ideal for practicing Tai Chi or learning Tai Chi via distance-learning technology.
