8 Things You Don't Want in Your Food

In their article 8 Ingredients You Never Want to See on Nutrition Labels David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding give a list of 8 food additives that are commonly found in processed foods and a list of reasons why they should be avoided.  Some of these are not so surprising, but others might cause you to raise your eyebrows and mutter, "Hmmmmmm..."  It's a short, informative read worth taking a look at if you, like me, keep a careful watch on what goes into your body.
